Data Deletion Policy

1. Purpose

This policy outlines the procedure for users to request the deletion of their personal data collected and processed by Tool Paradox, in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including requirements for apps utilizing the Meta API or Google Play Console.

2. What Data Can Be Deleted?

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data, which may include:

  • Account Information (Name, Email, Phone Number)
  • Profile Details
  • Usage Data and Logs
  • Connected Third-Party Account Data (e.g., Meta, Google)

3. How to Request Data Deletion

To request the deletion of your data, you can use one of the following methods:

  • In-App: Navigate to your Account Settings and select the "Delete Account" option.
  • By Email: Send an email to support@toolparadox.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.

4. Processing Time

We will process your data deletion request within 30 days of receipt. We will notify you once the deletion process is complete. Please note that certain data may be retained for longer periods if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., financial records).

5. Revoking App Access (Meta/Facebook)

If you use our apps that integrate with Meta (Facebook/Instagram), you can also remove our app's access to your data by:

  1. Going to your Facebook account Settings & Privacy.
  2. Clicking on "Settings".
  3. Navigating to "Apps and Websites".
  4. Selecting the app provided by Tool Paradox and clicking "Remove".
