1. General Refund Policy
At Tool Paradox, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with our digital products and services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
2. Software Subscriptions
For subscription-based services, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund.
Refunds are generally not provided for renewal payments. You must cancel your subscription before the renewal date to avoid future charges.
3. One-time Purchases
For one-time digital purchases or lifetime deals, refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase, provided the product has not been substantially utilized or downloaded in a manner that violates our terms of use.
4. Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- You have violated our Terms & Conditions.
- The refund request is made outside the specified refund period.
- You have filed a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider.
